Positive: Breakfast was excellent and well replenished constantly. The chef Jim Cai was always on hand to make sure that the food has a lot of variety and the taste was constantly maintained. Zero Zhang that works at the concierge was superb helpful with insight guidance on where to visit in Shanghai and always ever ready to greet not just us, but all guests with a smile. Anny at the check in reception area who could speak fluent English was very kind and helpful in helping us to make reservations at restaurants and letting us know where the good shopping locations were. At breakfast every morning, Linda was also helpful in making sure we were well taken care of. Location of the hotel was spot on, literally a short distance to the metro.
