Summary: The hotel room is excellent. We love all the amenities of the hotel. It's a short walk to the S/U Bahn. The only thing we had problem with was the elevator. They have three elevators but they were not working well while we stayed there. It was during the Christmas/ New year season, so repair was impossible in Germany. At one point, we waited for 20 minutes for the elevator. Everything was great but the elevator situation was bad.
