Travel Purpose: business

Positive: A secluded oasis in one of the nicest streets in Northern Cyprus. The property is majestic with a huge high ceiling arched living room/dining room and the upstairs master bedroom is spacious, en-suite with beautiful views across lemon and orange trees to the town below, the sea and Turkish mountains on the horizon. The kitchen is well equipped and the downstairs bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom. Outside there is a large secluded garden with mature shady lemon and orange trees and a very nice swimming pool. There is a huge outdoor pizza oven and large brick barbecue with firewood next to it. We grilled every night. The best things as far as my teenage daughter was concerned were the family of 8 cats who immediately adopted us and the kindness of the neighbours who welcomed us into their house and even accompanied us on expeditions.

Negative: The upstair bedroom can only be reached from an external staircase and not from the ground floor of the property. This was not a problem for us because our daughter was older but for families with younger children it might be worth packing an intercom.

Summary: One of the nicest houses we have ever stayed in as a family. Zero traffic noise.
