Positive: Staff at holiday inn were great. Location is great. Refreshments replenished. Loads of space in rooms

Negative: Could do with more of a clean. Knocked a sofa cushion out and there was dirt/debris, and same around skirting boards. Dishwasher not working, no warning and wasn't fixed all week. Clock not working. Fridge kept over heating and not fully working all week. Reported at the start of the week but unsure if anyone checked or not
