The house is one of the last on a quiet cul-de-sac and sits on a 1,200 m² natural plot.
It's a well-insulated, modern holiday home built in 2007.
On the large, partly covered wooden terrace, there's plenty of space for the whole family. You can enjoy the sun all day long. The terrace and garden offer several cosy seating areas – the deck chairs invite you to relax with a holiday read, and the sun lounger under the pine trees is perfect for a nap. Part of the garden is left wild by design, while another part is grass, occasionally mowed.
Inside, the holiday home features a bright living room and kitchen in one open space. This is the heart of the house, with large windows and high ceilings. Challenge the family to a card game or work together on a puzzle. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of utensils, a dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer. On cooler days, the energy-efficient heat pump quickly warms up the room.
For extra cosiness, you can make waffles in the waffle iron and light the wood-burning stove.
The house has three lovely bedrooms with a total of six comfortable sleeping spots in double beds. For little ones, there's a cot, high chair, and baby bathtub. The bathroom is spacious with a shower and underfloor heating. The house is suitable for 6 people and 1 child up to 3 years old.
There is plenty of entertainment both inside and out: outdoor games, a sandbox, toys, books, and board games for children and adults. The smart TV has a selection of German, Swedish, and Danish channels. There's also Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a radio.
Activities nearby
A short drive away is the charming coastal town of Ebeltoft with cobbled streets and cosy cafés. Local attractions include the Frigate Jylland and the Ebeltoft Glass Museum. Other nearby highlights are Djurs Sommerland amusement park, the Scandinavian Wildlife Park, Kattegatcenter aquarium, and Munkholm Zoo.
Just 3 km from the house is Ree Park Safari. Behind the park runs the 10 km Gravlev Nature Trail leading toward Ebeltoft. Along the way, you can catch glimpses of giraffes and other wild animals through the fence.
There are several child-friendly beaches in the area, ideal for swimming and playing.
The nearest grocery store, which also has a bakery counter, is in Tirstrup, just 2.5 km away. You can walk or cycle there via forest paths.
Pets are not allowed in the holiday home.
