In the entrance hall there is a descent to the cellar and a few steps up you enter a country kitchen for cooking and a nice place to sit down. The house offers open surfaces but has the option of being screened off with doors between each room. On the upper floor, which has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, there is also a balcony that offers a view of the sea. Under the balcony on the lower level is a veranda for enjoyable sunset evenings. There is about 300 meters to the harbor where boats take you to beautiful Hanö several departures every day, there is also restaurant Skutan. The possibility of an evening swim from the jetty is available in the harbour, otherwise only 15 minutes of a walk away is Hälleviksbadet with its white sandy beach, pool area and several restaurants with shops that sell fish and shellfish. There is also a smaller full-service grocery store, a fishing museum and, for those interested in soccer, the opportunity to see Mjällby AIF play at their home arena Strandvallen. There are many cycle paths and hiking trails in Listerlandet. Along the coast, for example, the Listershuvud nature reserve spreads out very close by for fantastic views of the Baltic Sea.
