Originally built in 1693, this historic home was once a riverman’s refuge when its location on the banks of the River Severn in Low Town Bridgnorth was a vibrant trading port. Over the centuries, the historic character of the building was maintained as it became a hostelry including a unique brewery, pub, a hotel and more latterly a Bed and Breakfast. The property has been significantly refurbished and upgraded, to now be presented as a luxury home with an enhanced specification and all modern amenities. Outside, there is a glorious and historic cave that has been around since the Saxon times, which has been built into the cliff face. It houses an astro-turfed relaxing area and bar facilities.
Located in the heart of Bridgnorth town overlooking The River Severn and next door to the world-famous cliff railway, the property offers guests a comfortable, stylish and luxurious place to stay. The property is a 5-minute walk from all High Town and Low Town amenities with an array of shops, bars and restaurants, including The Severn Valley Railway and visitor centre.

Summary: Bringing together our family for the first time in several years it was important to have a high quality location. No 3 provided that and more with luxurious surroundings, plush bedrooms and superb amount of accessories. The games room made the house with a retreat to allow the children to sleep soundly in the evening. The location was also great meaning only one car trip during our 5 day stay - recreation and shops all on the doorstep.
