Enjoy boating, fishing, jet skiing, swimming, golfing during the summer. Go for walks in the spring. Enjoy the beautiful changing leaves in the fall and be amazed by the soaring eagles in the winter. Located in Teal Bend near Long Shoals Marina, we are just minutes away from many antique malls, restaurants and shopping. This nicely furnished 2800 sq' home overlooks Truman Lake with a short walk to the water. The home is finished in Knotty Pinewood and laid out on 3 levels with the upstairs overlooking the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms & 1 bath located on each level allowing guest privacy when desired. Large gathering areas on the main floor and on the lower level provide space for socializing with a large deck on the lower level. This home is furnished with major appliances including washer and dryer. Just bring the boat, golf clubs, fishing poles and groceries. Ideal for single or multifamily gatherings.
