Positive: The location is perfect and the views are fantastic

Negative: The cleanliness was not great, fridge was dirty, freezer was really bad and microwave was also dirty. However it was the communication that was really poor. Messages from booking.com that were confusing, ended up speaking to the cleaning company to get the key code and numerous unanswered messages when trying to discuss check out times. I understand since covid check out timings are being stretched but a check in of 5pm and out by 9am is totally unacceptable for a family with small children.

Summary: Great location and views, poor communication and cleanliness.
