With a fantastic view and close to both Marstrand, Kungälv and Gothenburg is this nice cottage within walking distance to salty baths, sea and fishing. The cottage is located on the owner's plot pleasantly separated from each other's patios, so no one is disturbed. Next to the house wall you enjoy the morning sun with coffee cup and breakfast roll and below the lawn there is a lovely lounge furniture to catch the afternoon and evening sun. The cottage has an open floor plan with the kitchen directly to the right with fridge, freezer, stove with fan, oven, coffee maker, microwave and high chair. To the left living room with sofa bed (140cm), table and TV. The bedrooms are located inside where one of the rooms is a little larger with a double bed (180cm) and the smaller room which has a single bed (90cm). The small room does not have a door, but is separated by drapery. Both rooms have storage either in a wardrobe or chest of drawers. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom which has a toilet, sink and shower (not windows). You can charge your electric car / hybrid car at the cottage for a fee. The area is very popular with European tourists. To Lökeberg you go to enjoy everything from golf rounds on several different courses, yoga on the beach or individual cliff, pulling the largest sea trout, sunbathing and swimming. In Föreningen Lökeberg there is the possibility of swimming school during certain summer weeks. They have a lot of activities such as Midsummer celebrations, music and quiz evenings. Kungälv is only 18 minutes by car from the cottage and here is everything you could wish for. If the children like to drive go-karts, you must not miss the Gokartcentralen and for the younger children there is the Children's Playhouse. Bohus Fortress is a popular destination and also Kexfabriken with its own factory sales. Nearby is Tofta Herrgård, Instöns Restaurang, cozy cafés and Carlsten Fortress on Marstrandsön. If you like to hike, you should definitely make a visit to Svartedalen's nature reserve. If you like to pick seasonal mushrooms and berries, there are many forest areas next to the cottage and in its vicinity. Day trips are always popular and do not miss to pack your picnic bag and take the archipelago boat out to one of the beautiful archipelago islands Åstol, Dyrön, Älgön or Bratten.
