Summary: Family of four adults so plenty of room in 4 bed property. Clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Comfortable sitting room,snug and beds. Well equipped kitchen and lovely dining areas. Really well located for town and beach. Home from home. Bath tub and shower would benefit from having bath mats as they were quite slippery. Also, shower in ensuite on first floor too hot, Couldn't alter temperature. Lovely and warm with heating but could have done with some blankets for beds. Plan to stay again when in Filey. Lovely stay.
