Only approx. 100 m from the small Pälitzsee lake, within a small, private holiday home settlement, you will find a comfortable holiday home for up to 6 people on a fenced natural plot of approx. 300 m². There is a beautiful bathing area and boat moorings (10 EUR/day) on the lake, so you can also arrive with your own boat. Small shops, bakery and restaurant can be found in neighbouring Kleinzerlang, approx. 1 km away.The 2019 modernised, high-quality and comfortably furnished non-smoking holiday home extends over two floors and has on the ground floor a living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, fireplace, flat screen TV, radio, CD and DVD player), an open kitchen (complete with electric cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bathroom (shower, toilet) with sauna, free and a utility room with washing machine. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 x waterbed, 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed, 1 trundle bed) and a further bathroom with bath and WC. The house is centrally heated and is equipped with insect screens on the windows, a terrace with seating furniture and barbecue, car park, lockable bicycle storage room, cot, high chair, sauna towels (please wash after use!), a canoe and firewood (for a fee) are also available.

Final cleaning, water and energy are included in the total price. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them. To be paid on site: Visitor's tax, bed linen/towels (if applicable), fee for canoe and firewood (amount freely selectable via money box), boat mooring (if applicable).
