Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location to Chiswick high street and tube stations was great, also the 190 bus stopped at the end of the road.

Negative: The boiler didn't work on arrival so no heating or hot water, we resolved this ourselves after reporting it to the property management team. This property was advertised with parking, there was plenty of room to park however the owner hadn't left a residential parking permit card for us to complete and display in the car, this was also reported to the property management who told me they'd let the owner know, we were told to park in accordance with the local regulations. We did not get given a parking permit.

Summary: Pleasant but could of easily been excellent with a bit of care and attention
