First floor: Large living/dining room with access to terrace, balcony and garden. Large, modern, bright kitchen with modern appliances, induction hob, oven with steam function, dishwasher, large, spacious fridge, etc. Separate day toilet on the first floor.
Upper floor: Large bedroom with double bed, spacious wardrobes. Bathroom with double washbasin, shower, toilet. Bedroom on mezzanine floor with roof slope with 3 beds, ideal for children and teenagers.
First floor: Large bedroom with double bed, spacious wardrobes, bathroom with single washbasin, shower, toilet. Bedroom with patio doors with direct access to the garden. Children's room with 3 beds, additional open room with various games available. All rooms on the first floor with direct access to the garden.
The double bedroom on the first floor is furnished with two chairs, a small table, a Nespresso machine and a TV. It also has its own bathroom. This room can therefore be regarded as a separate studio.
Spacious grounds with garden, ideal for families. one covered parking space in the carport and two outside parking spaces. A lockable, unheated room at ground level can be used as a ski and bike room. Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used.
Non-smoking house, no pets. The piano in the living room may be used. Loud, disruptive festivities in and around the house are not allowed.
Walking, hiking and biking trails directly in front of the house. In winter, the Faltschen ski lift is just a few minutes walk away (in operation when there is enough snow).
The Elsigen-Metsch ski area can be reached with car in about 35 minutes. There is a public transport connection from Reichenbach station or from Frutigen station
The house is suitable for individuals or couples, as well as for families with children who are traveling with a second family or with grandparents.
The bedroom on the garden level is equipped with a small private seating area, a Nespresso machine, and a television.
