Summary: Great location and apartment is somewhat in good shape. Smaller than anticipated and listing did not say one of the bedrooms was in the open kitchen/living area. Boiler stopped working, but was corrected quickly while on the phone with property manager. Two things that weren’t great is - we were staying for a month, and didn’t have supplies for the month. Extra towels, blankets and cleaning supplies would go a long way. Also making sure remotes have batteries they need. -heating control was in the common hallway and used by all tenants. So took us a bit to figure out where it was and always had to change it since others were using it as well. But the location is really good. Walking distance to the train station, the centre and also to two supermarkets.
