Our OceanView/Poolside Condo is located in the Sunset Cove Complex on the south end of Seven Mile Beach. It is 3 miles from the Airport, 1 mile from Georgetown, and within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping & nightlife.
This ground floor unit is bright, airy, and tastefully decorated in tropical island decor. It is fully equipped with all the amenities and conveniences of home.
This Condo provides the perfect balance between your privacy & the amenities of a top-rated resort. Being poolside, you are just steps away from a large pool with tropical waterfalls, a swim-up pool bar and restaurant. Your private patio faces west with a direct view of the beautiful Caribbean Sea. You are just 30 yards from the beach and protective Cove. Great for small children. Soak up the rays, take a refreshing swim in the warm crystal clear water, snorkel directly out from shore at a marine park reef where you'll find beautiful coral and tropical fish, or just sit back with a cocktail and enjoy a spectacular sunset.
We are very proud of our vacation home and have taken great effort to decorate and outfit this unit for our pleasure and that of our guests. We have wireless Internet service within the unit as well as at the pool and beach . It is truly one of the most inviting and well kept condos in the complex. Our Condo is approved and licensed by the Cayman Tourist Board and has been consistently cited by them as being in "Excellent Condition".
