It is equipped with an indoor pool, spa and sauna and it lies on a large nature plot just 500 metres from Kattegat, Nordstrand - one of this region's best beaches.
The house has wooden walls and ceilings. The living- and bedroom have wooden floors - the rest of the house has tiled floors. The house is well-fitted and easily suits 2 families. There are 12 comfortable sleeping accomodations divided among 6 bedrooms: 5 with a doublebed and 1 with 2 singlebeds. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower cabinet and floor heating. One of the bathrooms also has a sauna. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hotplates, and a fan oven. The kitchen is in open connection with the large well-equipped livingroom, which has a TV (Boxer subscription) and satellite dish (German programmes), DVD player, and a stereorack with radio and CD player. In the pool-department with heated tiled floor there is a pool (5 X 3 X 1.35 metres) and a spa for 3 people. From the pool area there is access to a large sun lounge with a tabletennis table and further access to a large terrace with garden furniture. Part of the terrace is roofed. The house also have a washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, and a high childrens' chair.
Outdoors there is a carport and a swing.
In the region there are lots of activity possibilities for both adults and children, and the nearest city, Nykoebing, offers great food as well as non-food shopping possibilities.
