You can cook together with your roommates in the common kitchen on the ground floor. Don't feel like cooking? No problem, you stay close to various places to eat and go out, about 5 minutes from the centre. Around the corner you will find a bakery and the grocery shop is 100m from the residence. Whenever the weather is nice, you can eat or drink something in the communal outdoor area. Or just have a good chat with your roommates.
You share the bathroom with 1, maximum 2, fellow students. Moreover, the kitchen and the bathrooms on the ground floor and the first floor are cleaned every month.
The student room is 14m², has a lot of light and wooden floors. It is furnished with a single bed without mattress (provided by the student), a work desk with chair and a wardrobe. Internet is provided and there is a possibility to connect a TV. The room also has central heating, a sink with hot and cold water and a central fire detection system. Of course, the room complies with all regulations (construction, fire safety, surface area, outside space, etc.).
