Come be a part of nature — go fly fishing for trout; hike to waterfalls in Great Smoky National Park; tube down the Tuckaseegee with a panoramic mountain view. Then go explore more of what the surrounding area has to offer. Bumby cabin is less than a fifteen minute drive to the quaint downtown areas of Sylva and Dillsboro, where you can stroll along the river after enjoying local eats and drinks. In a desirable location between Bryson City and downtown Cherokee, you can spend the day shopping and dining, or check out Harrah’s Cherokee Casino. Feeling extra adventurous? Take a day trip, and explore some of the many exciting nearby cities, including Asheville, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge.
Bumby cabin was lovingly renovated to accentuate the cabin feel and to create the perfect getaway atmosphere. This two bedroom, two bath cabin features a new kitchen with island, a custom daybed and reading nook. Kick off your boots and fire up the grill, taking your pick of either charcoal or propane. In the evening, spend time cozying up on the expansive, double-story deck, complete with rocking chairs and adjustable string lights. Roast marshmallows for s’mores over the fire pit while fireflies flicker through the trees. Perfect for couples or a family of up to five, there’s something for everyone at Bumby cabin.
