★ QUIET HOURS (Zero Tolerance Policy) ★
The City of Ann Arbor strictly enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must keep noise levels low during this time, both inside and outside the property.
We have a zero tolerance policy for noise complaints. Our neighbors are attentive and will report disturbances directly. One noise complaint will result in immediate forfeiture of the remainder of your stay without refund.

We respond to all guest inquiries during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. For true emergencies, we are reachable after hours, but please understand that outside of business hours our focus is on being present with our families.

★ 4PM CHECK-IN; 10AM CHECK-OUT ★
Our cleaning team arrives promptly at 10:00 AM and requires the full turnover window to properly prepare the home for the next guests. Unlike a hotel, this is a single large home with one dedicated cleaning team and no additional staff to work around schedule changes.
For this reason, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs under any circumstances. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later, the only option is to book the additional night before or after your stay, subject to availability.
Guests who remain on the property past 10:00 AM will be charged the cost of an additional night plus a $50 fee for every 30 minutes beyond the scheduled check-out time.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
