The Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle path runs directly past the estate, the centre of Wesenberg with shops and restaurants is approx. 1,000 m away and the popular, beautiful beach on the Weißer See is approx. 2 km away.
The approx. 60 m² non-smoking flat, renovated in 2021, with separate entrance and underfloor heating has a living room (sofa set, flat-screen TV), a separate, large kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, dining table, radio, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer) and a hallway. There is also a large, sunny and furnished terrace, barbecue, a car parking space, bicycle storage facilities, free Wi-Fi and, on request, a high chair and travel cot for children.

Wesenberg offers shopping facilities, restaurants, an open-air swimming pool, boat trips, canoe, boat and bike hire stations. The famous residential town of Neustrelitz and the small town of Mirow with its castle ensemble are both approx. 10 km away.
