Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos‚Äîan ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
