Unit 118- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom with Partial South Gulf Views. | This newly renovated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 11th floor of our Tower Building. This unit is a 7 night minimum stay. The view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and our white sandy beach can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 43" flat screen TV. The living room has a 43" flat screen TV with DTV service for your enjoyment and there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has granite counter tops a bath tub/combo. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with appliances and all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. It is beautifully furnished and the balcony is incorporated into the living room.
