This Holiday Home complex is based on a building which hosted an old furnace for three hundred years, up to the second world war.
Nowadays the main bulding has been restored and partitioned into 13 apartments facing the magnificent and luxuriant Tuscan countryside.
A square of handmade bricks at the heart of the structure gives prominence to the bare stone of the surrounding walls, which slopes down into a wide park.
A wide number of facilities are available to the hosts among which we find a large swimming pool, a solarium area equipped with sun loungers and chairs and a shared barbecue area. For those who prefer more secluded places, there are small tables and reading areas in the shade of trees. Here you can enjoy the view of the surrounding hills and sometimes meet the meet the local fauna (deers, wild boars, squirrels and many kinds of birds).
Within the complex there is a wine store where the owners, Luisa and Claudio, offer the perfect mix of an exciting and light degustation and a relaxed enjoyment of a glass of good tuscan wine chosen from a large collection of labels.
Dondo Apartment is divided into 2 floors. The lower floor hosts a large living area with an open equipped kitchen in a rustic tuscan style and a large and welcoming double bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor there is another elegant double bedroom with private ensuite bathroom. The apartment has a nice view over the garden and the swimmping pool.
