The cottage in a log cabin style for up to 4 people is located on the approximately 1. 200 square meters of residential land owned by the landlord, only about 150 meters from the Hüttenkanal and about 400 meters from the Small Pälitzsee with a beautiful beach. The canal can be reached directly from the property. On the shore, a charming trail leads long and it can be fished from there. A bakery and a restaurant are in the immediate vicinity. The inside with a lot of wood furnished about 75 square meters house is equipped with a large living room (upholstered furniture, sofa bed) including open kitchen (dining area, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, div. Small appliances) and a spacious bathroom with a spa shower on the ground floor and with an open sleeping area (double bed) and a bedroom (two single beds) upstairs. (PLEASE NOTE: access via steep stairs!). Furthermore, the non-smoking house has a large, covered and furnished terrace and a small balcony. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. In addition, there is free Wi-Fi, a car park, bicycle storage, a grill, a heatable heater and infrared heating in the bathroom. A license-free rowing boat (berth at the Small Pälitzsee) with or without engine (10 or 5 EUR / day) and optional ladies / men's bicycles (5 EUR per person / day) can be borrowed. For anglers there are fish cleaning facilities in the yard. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: tourist tax, fee for rowing boat or bicycles, if desired.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
