Close to the Limfjord, only approx. 250 meters from the water, lies this extremely well-kept cottage, which has been completely renovated in 2021, so that today it appears bright and friendly. The house has a wilderness bath, which is set up on a separate secluded terrace. The cottage is decorated with bright walls and ceilings. From the dining / living room there is direct access to the house's covered / open terrace. The living room is furnished with furniture of a good Danish quality. Wi-Fi is installed. Good dining area and a high chair for the little holiday guests. Bright kitchen area with i.a. ceramic hobs, dishwasher and microwave. Three bedrooms, two with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Bright bathroom with shower. There is an additional cot in the house. The house is located on a 1200 m2 large natural plot surrounded by trees, the entire garden is fenced, so it is safe to bring your dog on holiday. In the area is a common area with barbecue, football / handball goals and play opportunities for all ages. Not for rent to youth groups.
