Positive: I recently completed a 6-night stay at your hotel. I want to start by highlighting the exceptional service from your staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well-cared for. Your team is truly your greatest asset. However, there were several significant issues regarding the facilities that impacted my experience...

Negative: Water Temperature: For 3 out of my 6 nights, there was no hot water in my room. After a long day of training, having a cold shower is quite disappointing (especially on 2500m altitude) Gym Maintenance: The gym currently feels like a "graveyard" of broken or outdated equipment. It needs urgent attention to be a functional space for guests. Running Track: While it’s great that professional athletes and football teams train here, the track was consistently littered with empty water bottles after there training sessions. Suggestion: Installing more trash bins around the track might encourage athletes to be more mindful of the space. Pool Hygiene: The pool remained greenish for nearly my entire stay, only becoming clear on Saturday (my departure day). It felt like the maintenance was timed specifically for weekend visitors from Addis, rather than for the guests staying throughout the week. I share this because I see the potential of your property, and your staff deserves a facility that matches their high level of service. I hope these points are taken as constructive input for future improvements.
