Summary: Now that is has been a while since I left Havana I have to say that I miss it, but especially this place that I am reviewing here. Not only that it is the only affordable place I could find with a view from a window, but it is actually a place like home. That is especially due to Omar and his mother and their friendliness. Omar helped me several times when I had to overcome problems that Cuba mostly received from the unfair US sanctions. What’s more, I stayed at this place during the long blackout and there was still hot water in the shower and fresh air from the window. At the end of my stay Omar organised me a taxi to the airport which was one of the typical classical cars. You don’t need to look any further, this place is a home away from home
