Summary: We were really disappointed to learn that the beautiful bar featured on your website for this hotel (the primary picture shown in fact) is not even inside the hotel. Instead it belongs to the adjacent restaurant which can only be accessed through the hotel. But we couldn’t even enjoy it because it closed early the night we stayed there! We were forced to go back out in the rain to enjoy our evening cocktails. Feel like we were deprived of one of the major features advertised for this stay. Additionally, your website states the the pricing includes all taxes and fees yet we were charged almost $23 in taxes and fees upon checkout. The garage was also located 3 blocks away making it more difficult to walk the city streets with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Overall We were very disappointed with almost every aspect of this stay and unless some form of reimbursement is tendered, we do not intend to ever stay there again nor use your website for our lodging needs.
