The home is located 9 miles from State Farm Stadium, 10 miles from Top Golf, 8 miles from West Gate Entertainment District, 7 miles from Desert Diamond Casino, and 7 miles from Park West shopping center. Also you are down the street form historic Down Town Glendale, where you can find some of our local gems, and if you choose to venture further there are close hiking trails, the lake and places unique to Arizona.

This home is large enough for you and friends, your family, or multiple families if you choose. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with a large clinging room, large family room (with wet bar and beer tap), large kitchen and dining room.
