Ideally Located in the Heart of Swords - 2 Bedroom House - Separate Kitchen - Sitting Room Downstairs - 2 Bedrooms -Bathroom Upstairs - This is a quiet House -Located beside all Amenities-walking distance Restaurants/ Bar - Malahide not far away - Beach Approx 8km.

The Exit from the House is on a Blind Bend so be extra cautious when exiting the House - Signs are at the exit

Lovely area with a quiet remembrance to the area. There will be no outdoor noise only passing traffic
Other things to note
Access to house is up a steep driveway
Parking is on the left at the Top
Very safe Location
When leaving you can reverse back for a turnaround with your car and drive front down but need to be careful when exiting a driveway
Always Blow the horn of your car when exiting and drive very slowly out on the Road
Car will always stop for you but need to be cautious
