Self Check in. Centrally located licensed vacation rental, B9055897, just 1 mile from the beach and 1 mile from downtown Hollywood. Enjoy several golf courses, tennis, nature preserve, Gulf Stream Race Track, Hard Rock Casino, Hard Rock Stadium, Shopping and Restaurants and the famous Hollywood boardwalk and beach. The home offers 4 bedrooms each includes a television, ceiling fan. Three of the 4 bedrooms have doors to the pool and fenced in patio area and backyard. The pool is a 15x30 heated pool with an attached spa. Spa is the same temperature as the pool. Patio includes table, chairs and lounge chairs along with a gas grill and umbrella. Some pool floats. The fully appliance kitchen includes ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, oven and blender. Home includes dishes and cookware. Dining area includes seating for 6 with an additional seating for 2 at the granite island. 2 bathrooms each with a hair dryer, magnifying mirrors, shampoo and soap. Summary: We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect. Clean, stocked, spacious, well lit. The pool was perfect! The location is literally 5 mins from the beach, plenty of grocery stores, shops, nail salons, anything you can think of needing is within a very reasonable distance! Peggy was a great host! Touched base upon arrival and gave us a quick run down of the good food places to try, fun activities to go do, and always available at the drop of a dime. We were just down here in December, and the last place we rented didn’t even compare to this property. We love it! And we will definitely be returning in the future as long as Peggy’s still here hosting! Thank you so much for everything and the hospitality!!
