This Southampton Village 4 bedroom home recently underwent a ground-up renovation and expansion. The beautifully maintained grounds and pool are enclosed by hedges on the sides and a large tranquil reserve in the back making for a quiet and peaceful setting. The house is located off a quiet private road. The house interior and exterior are newly furnished and the convenient location is a 5 minute drive to Coopers Beach, Southampton town, restaurants and a kids playground.
The outside includes a large backyard, a deck off the house (partially covered) with a dining table and a lounge area with couches. There is a heated saltwater pool, 6 comfortable lounge chairs with cushions, a large umbrella, a grill for barbecuing, an enclosed outdoor shower and a small swing set.
The great room is expansive and features vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, lots of natural light and beautiful views of the external greenery. The open layout lends itself to entertaining, boasting a gourmet custom kitchen with multiple dishwashers, beverage refrigerators, and conveniences such as indoor/outdoor place settings, a coffee machine and blender. There is a dining area off the kitchen and additional first floor amenities include a mudroom, den / office, powder room, laundry room and primary suite with a large bathroom (has a standalone bath tub and shower). The suite includes a large walk-in closet with lots of storage and a built in desk / chair. The den also has a daybed and can have a a desk / chair and can be used for kids playing, extra sleeping and an office.
The upstairs offers three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with two twin beds. There are two large bathrooms with double vanities and high end fixtures. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other a shower.
There is a Sonos system throughout the downstairs and outside deck for playing music. All bedding, towels, kitchenware, and beach chairs are included.
The house is perfect for relaxing family getaways. It is not a party house. We generally have a 2 week minimum but feel free to inquire. Please reach out with more questions and for assistance booking.
