Villa 7C at Los Porticos Villas. Welcome to Villa 7C at Los Porticos Villas. This spacious and fully equipped 1650 sq. ft. condo with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea is the perfect accommodation from which to enjoy all that Belize has to offer. We have two large bedrooms with queen beds and ensuites and the principal bedroom has a jetted Jacuzzi tub. There is also a powder room in the main living area. Our sofa unfolds to comfortably sleep 2 more adults. The modern kitchen with granite counters features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare a light snack or a gourmet meal. Start your morning by relaxing with a cup of coffee on the 650 sq. ft. private balcony as you gaze over the lush property. Watch the pelicans swoop down for their breakfast, marvel at the dolphins playing in the sea, and delight in the hummingbirds nearby. At this point you’ll realize you’re in a tropical paradise. After your coffee, spend time enjoying the warm sea. There is great snorkeling in the coral reef just off our beach where we’ve seen many colorful tropical fish, sea turtles, octopi, lobsters and starfish. You can find sun or shade down by the beach or around our pool. You’ll love the swim up pool bar and the patio area. Placencia Village is located 2 km away from Los Porticos. You can safely walk there along the beach or the road or rent a bike or a golf cart from the Los Porticos office. This friendly village contains many open air restaurants serving everything from the freshest seafood to local and international cuisine. After dinner be sure to visit the Tutti Frutti for the best Gelato you’ll find this side of Italy. Local businesses offer daily trips diving, snorkeling, fishing, sailing, cave tubing, jungle tours, or visiting Mayan Ruins. Wherever your interest lies you can find something to do in Placencia. It is still very much a small Central American village untainted by large scale tourism which is what makes it so unique. Fly into Belize City (BZE), from there it's a short 35 minute flight into Placencia. A 5 minute cab ride from the airport will deliver you to Los Porticos. Los Porticos is located a short distance from Placencia Village where bike and golf cart rentals are available. The village contains many open air restaurants serving the freshest seafood as well as featuring local and international cuisine. U.S. currency is accepted everywhere at an exchange rate of 2:1. English is spoken throughout the village, but if you stay long enough you might be fortunate enough to pick up the Caribbean Creole which is the preferred language of the local residents. *Do note that a 10% local service charge is payable upon check in.
