Summary: The one staff member we encountered was lovely and tried her best to be helpful. The television did not work in our room and she was unable to resolve that issue. There was no follow up during our four day stay. The room could use a deep cleaning, particularly the bathroom. But the location was great, and it was comfortable and quiet.
