Multiple activities and discoveries are available to you: less than 10 minutes away, the Ruillé sur Loir water sports area offers sailing, kayaking, canoeing and diving. 15 minutes away is the natural area of Vienna. For hikers, 2 marked trails pass through Couture-sur-Loir. Golfers will find a course 34 km away (Golf de Tours Ardrée). The Zoo de la Flèche, the Château de Ponçay sur Loire, the typical villages of Trôo or Lavardin (one of the most beautiful villages in France), vineyards,... you will have a choice! Back in your gîte, you can enjoy a large enclosed garden, the view of the Loir, and will be lulled by the lapping of the water coming from the mill. The owner provides rods and equipment for fishing enthusiasts, a pétanque court will soon be created (in progress), as well as a leisure area with a net that can be used for your volleyball or badminton matches. Inside, you will discover a charming and spacious residence, which can accommodate up to 8 people. In winter, you will curl up next to the insert (wood provided).
