This listing is for half of the duplex, which is accessed around back through the gate to the right side (please do not go to the main part of the house in front). As the lower level, the apartment opens to a fully fenced stone patio surrounded by flowering shrubs and fruit trees. It's a wonderful spot for morning coffee, alfresco dinners all summer, and everything in between.
Park your car on the street (no other parking is provided) and make yourself at home in this comfortable, well-lit space. The living space brings together a well-equipped kitchen with maple cabinetry, a dining area, and a living room with a smart TV.
