Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: 1) good buffet breakfast (though muesli and a better fruit and greek yogurt offering would have been appreciated) 2) free shuttle bus service (though better instructions on how to find the bus would be helpful in a carpark full of identical white minibuses) 3) the lobby area was a fun place to hang out for a casual meal and drink 4) good shower

Negative: 1) our arrival was a farce - we had booked up a twin room months in advance but when we arrived we were told no twin rooms were available 2) I had asked for a quiet room with a nice view and received a second floor room with a cracked window facing a busy main road 3) the air-con/heating didn't work properly so the room was too cold 4) all the pillows offered were very big, I prefer a softer, less full one
