Spacious, private 4 Bed Pool Home in Highlands Reserve Golf Community
This four bed, three bath private pool home is not overlooked and has a conservation view and large back yard. Through the entrance hall you will find the dining area and the first of two living rooms. The Master with EnSuite is off to the right and away from all other bedrooms. Down the hallway is a bathroom and utility room and there are two bedrooms both with two twin beds. The open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar and a separate breakfast area which leads to the second large living room with flat-screen TV. From this room, a separate annex houses the queen bedroom and bathroom. A doorway leads to the oversized pool deck with outside furniture and very spacious swimming pool. The whole area is protected with insect mesh so the evening barbecues do not get interrupted by unwanted bugs.
This property is off Highway 27 and in the famous Highlands Reserve Golf Community. It is near to Berry Town Center and close to a Publix, various restaurants, bars, a CVS pharmacy, McDonalds, Wendys, Chipotle, Starbucks, Dollar Tree and Dollar General. From here Disney can be accessed either via the 192 or the I 4. Also, Universal, SeaWorld, Bok Tower Gardens and many more major tourist attractions are all an easy commute. Kennedy and the East and West Coast are both easily accessible from this mid-Florida Location.
