This condo has air conditioning upstairs and downstairs - only a few 2-bedroom units here have AC. This is also the only condo resort in Poipu on a sandy beach! Other condos are on a rocky shoreline or a long walk or drive to the beach. This beautiful and spacious 2-level garden view condo was completely updated. Tile flooring throughout, kitchen and bathrooms with stone counters, furniture, window treatments, bedding, etc. Kiahuna Plantation is a 35 acre resort located on Kauai's world famous Poipu Beach. Kiahuna's sensational gardens, lawns and tropical atmosphere make it an irresistible vacation destination! The sunny south shore offers a perfect holiday all year long. The east shore (Kapaa) is windy and the north shore (Princeville, Hanalei) is the rainy side and there are no condo resorts directly on the sand like the Kiahuna.
