The ideal excursion destination from the island of Olta is the historic city of Split with its numerous sights such as the palace of the Roman Emperor Diocletian, thanks to the good ferry connection.
Note: The last part of the access road to the house is gravelled and the access road to the house itself is somewhat narrower than usual.
