Large, stately holiday home with heated outdoor swimming pool and a short distance to the center of Arendal. The holiday home is well suited for more than one familie and has a high standard. Two dining tables with room for 12 people, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The holiday home has several bright and pleasant living rooms and three fireplaces. Large and beautiful tiled outdoor area, lawn and swimming pool with sliding roof (the pool is heated from May 1st to October 14th). 40 sqm terrace, gas heater, herb garden, garage with exercise facilities (mill, weights, bench press, etc.). Four bikes to enjoy in a great cycling and off-road area in the forest 1.5 km away. Fully fenced plot with wrought iron gate for car, suitable for dogs that can run freely on the plot. Hedges and planting make the plot nice and secluded. Only a short drive to the center of Arendal with all the town’s facilities and many events and festivals. In Grimstad approx. 15 km away, there is a golf course, and during winter you can enjoy at ice skating on the artificial ice rink at Myra (5 km). Arendal offers a varied cultural events all year and is visited by thousands of people. Raet National Park, Merdø, Canvas Hove, Tromøy with great beaches, Kuben museum, Pollen and not least the swimming pool in the guest harbor are all worth a visit.
